Admissions & Enrollment

ECA has a very limited student-teacher ratio.

As we continue to monitor COVID-19, we will keep our enrollment to a small capacity.

Below you will find important student information for enrollment, payments, uniforms & more.

Admissions

Students are eligible for attendance at the age of 3 as of September 1st and if they are fully potty trained and can clearly communicate verbally to all adults with emotional maturity.

Age and admission discretion is up to the director and teacher’s evaluation.

Acceptance for admission to ECA is subject to availability of class space, age, interview and discretion of the director and teacher’s evaluation.

Students are evaluated on the basis of their character, academics, and behavioral background. Academic evaluation is conducted by reviewing a student’s most recent report card, his academic transcripts, and current scores from the previous academic year.

Admissions Process

  1. Express interest in admission by completing the Student Interest Form.

  2. If there is availability, the Director will schedule an interview and tour with the student and parents/guardians.

  3. Complete an interview with the Director of ECA before being admitted for the school year.

  4. Notification of enrollment will be sent via email to the parents.

  5. Parents then will complete the enrollment form on the school website and submit all documentation including student records and immunization records.

  6. Admission is closed after the first month of school.

What is the Interview Process?

During this time, the Administrator seeks to understand whether these families are people of faith and desire their children to be taught within the guidelines of our Statement of Faith. Based on time and availability this will be conducted virtually or in person.

To serve the best interests of the school, the committee reserves the right to deny admission to any student who is evaluated as ineligible because of age, academics, character, behavioral problems, or unacceptable past conduct.
